Step
7.Because we have used a
waterproof pen,
we can color up our raptor in a variety of media,
watercolor, poster paints or even felt tip markers. As
no one knows what color dinosaurs were, we can use what ever
colors we choose. I've chosen a
rich
orange.
If you notice, on the claws, I
have used a mid-blue as a secondary color to add depth to
the highlight, the eyes are yellow with a green shadow under
the lid.

8. Finally we can add a
little camouflage, like tiger stripes, or spots, what ever
you like. To add a few finishing
touches to our picture, we can touch up the high - lights in
the eyes and claws with a little white paint, or even a
correction pen.
Don't forget you can use these
principles to draw just about any dinosaur you like.
